Steve Jobs' sister Mona Simpson revealed his last words on earth before his death. What were the technology innovators final things to say to the people gathered around him as he breathed his last breaths.
Mona Simpson gave a eulogy for her brother, and she said that Steve Jobs' last words of "Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow" came several hours before he died. Her writing told of a wonderful brother that she didn't get the chance to meet until sometime in her 20s.
In one of their very first conversations, Steve Jobs told Mona "he was making something that was going to be insanely beautiful." He certainly did. Under his tutelage, Jobs helped Apple create lovely computers and iPhones and iPads. Before him, computers were functional, not nice looking.
Interestingly, as innovative as he was with the way gadgets looked, he kept his personal style very plain and simple. Of his trademark black turtleneck, Mona Simpson said, "For an innovator, Steve was remarkably loyal. If he loved a shirt, he'd order 10 or 100 of them. In the Palo Alto house, there are probably enough black cotton turtlenecks for everyone in this church." He certainly was.
It is clear that Steve Jobs will be greatly missed by his sister, his family, his friends and the world. This eulogy was a beautiful testament to an incredible person.
