Apple lovers have waited for news about the iPhone 5 release date since last year, and the rumor mill keeps filling the Internet with updates about when the handset will launch. Some feel Apple is simply toying with people at this point, but the company never stated they were working on a 6th generation handset. Then again, they rarely give information about new devices until just before they launch.
Analysts, consumers, and tech lovers alike have speculated about the launch of Apples 2012 smartphone release. Though everything related to this smartphone launch is unconfirmed, it hasn't stopped consumers from seeking out all the info they can find. Some feel the gadget won't hit the scene until October, others say September. However, many people believe Apple is planning an iPhone 5 release date for June, during the Apple Worldwide Developers Convention (WWDC), which sold out just two hours after tickets went on sale.
According to a recent iPhone 5 release date rumor, the device will make its début along with iOS6 during the 2012 WWDC this June. Some feel it is too soon after the iPhone 4S launch for Apple to be unveiling a new smartphone, but no one really knows for sure what the powers that be at Apple have planned.... except the powers that be, of course.
What are your thoughts on the 6th generation Apple smartphone launch? Do you think June is a likely timeframe for the device Appleites have waited on for over a year to make an appearance?
