As June approaches it seems a lot of the self-proclaimed Apple gurus have shied away from the WWDC iPhone 5 release date rumors! The latest news to hit the Internet about the Apple device states the rumored 2012 smartphone will launch in September, along with the iPad Mini and a newer 10-inch iPad.
Why Apple would be working on an iPad 4 release date, when the third generation tablet just launched, seems like a good question for Apple lovers to contemplate. The iPad Mini release seems much more realistic.
As far as the iPhone 5 release date, earlier rumors stated the device would make a grand début sometime between June and October, but nothing specifically targeted September alone. Of course the September date is a rumor also, as only Apple knows when their 6th generation smartphone will launch -- and they aren't talking.
As of today, the Apple gadget rumors say the iPad mini release in August, the iPhone 5 release date in September, and the 10-inch iPad in Q4.
