Rumors of future Android handset has prompted a lot of speculation recently. Is the Motorola Droid Razr HD release date coming soon? News of the upcoming mobile device has Android lovers interested since rumored features and specs included the Ice-Cream Sandwich version of the Android OS.
If the Motorola Android smartphone does make an appearance this year, what will it mean for the newly unveiled Samsung Galaxy S3? It seems the best of the best, as far as smartphones go, hold their reign for about 3-6 months, and then something better hits the scene and snatches all the glory. At least with the Apple iPhone release dates, consumers know they've likely got a good solid year of use before the next best thing makes a dramatic entry.
Recent reports suggest the Motorola Droid Razr HD will be an upgrade from earlier models. Who actually expected Motorola to take a step backwards? At any rate, it's expected the handset will be able to hold its own against the Samsung Galaxy S3, and the HTC One X. Rumor suggest the droid razr design will be similar to the current model, right down to the lager battery, making it a popular choice for Verizon Wireless consumers.
Some other expected features and specs for the Motorola Droid Razr HD are an 13 MP rear-facing camera, a 4.7-inch display with 720p resolution, and on-screen keys. The latter feature is likely to replace any front facing buttons, including the home key, with the addition of the Ice-Cream Sandwich Android OS.
What do you think of these release rumors about the Razr HD? Is Motorola cooking up something new for the Verizon Droid lineup? What features would you like to see most?
