Yet another Apple gadget is making headlines recently. Move over iPhone 5 release date, it's time for the Apple iTV release date to steal some of the glory. According to rumor, the fabled gadget will finally be making an entry into the hearts and homes of Apple enthusiast everywhere.
A recent article reports, Foxconn CEO Terry Gao says the new Apple TV will be called the iTV, and production will begin soon. The article mentions the upcoming TV will have a sleek aluminum shell, like other Apple devices, and will feature a similar high-definition display. FaceTime video chat and the ability to use the Siri voice recognition program are also expected to be some of the perks unveiled before the Apple iTV release date.
As with other Apple products, not much is known about this device. Apple tends to keep things under wraps until they are ready for a big début. That said, the iTV remains unconfirmed, but if these rumors are true, it sounds like the next big thing coming from Apple.
