As the iPhone 5 release date continues to loom, a new concept design image has surfaced, giving Apple enthusiasts yet another visual of what the upcoming iOS 6 smartphone may look like. It's expected the new iPhone will have a completely different look over current models.
This new concept design, by Toby Kick, seems to keep a lot of the same trademark looks for the popular Apple gadget, but it does have differences. According to a recent article, Kick believes the next Apple smartphone will have a narrower frame, an aluminum back, and of course the larger 4-inch display. According to Kick, Liquidmetal technology won't be ready for mass production ahead of the iPhone 5 release date. Maybe next year Apple!
If the rumors are true, the iPhone 5's 4-inch display will allow for an extra row of icons on the home screen. Also, the Kick believes the handset will have the much-debated smaller dock connector.
Have you seen the recent concept design by Toby Kick? If so, do you think the device will be similar to his design? The iPhone 5 release date is expected to be announced for sometime this Fall, with fans hopeful it will make an appearance at the WWDC in June.
