New iPhone 5 release date rumors and specs updates say the new Apple iOS 6 smartphone will be smaller, but have a larger display. This seems a bit far-fetched since the current models are not considerably larger than the screen.
A recent article states the new iPhone "is on the verge of release," but it seems the handset won't actually hit stores until after September. Much to the annoyance of Apple aficionados everywhere.
The article goes on to say that the new Apple gadget, as well as other upcoming 2012 smartphones, "could have the potential to be made slimmer and smaller overall," and adds the smartphone unveiled for the iPhone 5 release date will have a "new display with a larger screen [at] 3.99in [wide] and smaller home button."
Do you think a smaller device overall is possible with a larger display? Additional rumors say the new iPhone 5 release date will bring a device to the market that has a "more powerful camera" for better photos, and changes to Apple's iOS, which is expected to be announced at the WWDC later this month.
