It's just gotten a lot easier for Kate Middleton fans to dress just like her. An enterprising young woman has developed an iPhone app that tracks what the Duchess of Cambridge has worn and where women can go to purchase the very same items.

"I model my own style on Kate's, especially more so now, and I love her jean and jacket combos matched with little chiffon shirts which is the kind of thing I wear all the time. I think more and more people are modeling themselves on Kate's style, especially now that she's become a fashion icon," said former actress Helen Barclay, who has quit her acting career in favor of working on the app, which she has already sold thousands of, full-time.
The app lists the items that the duchess has worn by category and season for easy searching. It also lists the stores that the duchess shops at frequently.
Even though the app may be less useful for American fans in the U.S., Helen Barclay says that it is especially popular with them. Considering that Kate Middleton is known for shopping at middle-range stores such as Zara, which has locations in the U.S., and Reiss, which ships to the U.S., it makes sense that the app is popular this side of the pond. The app will also surely be downloaded by the Duchess of Cambridge's American fans while vacationing in London. Now, they just need to find fancy events to go to so that they can show off their royal-inspired outfits.
