With the GTA 5 release date news looming, Rockstar Games has been doing its best to keep fans on the edge of their seats waiting for the big announcement. Just recently, the Rockstar website posted a series of "#GTA" instagrams they liked, and asked fans for their own input on other great instagrams that are out there.
According to the Rockstar Games site, they have posted four of their favorite instagrams related to the previous installments of "Grand Theft Auto." Examples include a hilarious photo showing a main character's face along with the note, "I Wanna Start the Mission But the Song on the Radio is Too Good." Other photos show the GTA IV graffiti artist's tag on a wall, a helicopter explosion in the air, and a GTA2 screenshot from the Dreamcast. It doesn't get any more retro than Dreamcast.
Meanwhile, fans continue to wait for Rockstar Games to release something. Whether it be a "Grand Theft Auto V" official trailer, or the official release date, reminiscing about the good old days is only going to make them want more. The new title continues to have an expected release timeframe before April 2013, with a release before the end of this year, unlikely. Anything shown to fans unrelated to a new, updated version of the popular series, seems to be one big tease though.
